You will then implement the design with your own contractors and tradesmen using the 3D renderings,  scaled drawings,  detailed item selections. This design package is full service design without Nani Creative Interiors handling the ordering and installation of products. Final Selection/Implementation

Meet with client to discuss project goals and design style for the short term rental. Client will complete our Nani questionnaire and have access to private Pinterest board. We will meet on site to gather site measurements, photos and retrieve any necessary information needed for the project.

During the Design phase, the designer will solidify the aesthetic direction of the rental property. Fabric,  furniture and material selections are put together and detailed in floor plans,  3D renderings and mood boards. These documents and material samples will be put together a presented to the client with in person or via Zoom at the Client Presentation meeting.

During the Client Presentation phase the floor plans,  3D renderings and mood boards are presented to the client with in person or via Zoom. The client will review and approve all documents, samples and the initial design selections. This design package includes (2) revisions; any changes after that will be quoted on an hourly basis.

Client will finalize and approve all design, material selections and documents. All furniture and décor is organized and presented with shoppable links. Your contactors and tradesmen will be able to utilize and implement the design to the plan. Nani Creative Interiors will turn your investment property into an oasis vacation goers will be lining up to visit.
